  • Replace the windows in the north room

  • Install emergency and exit lights

December 2025

  • Insulate the two basement entrances

  • Refinish the basement floor


November 2025

  • Connect to municipal water

  • Install the automatic bell ringer

  • Grind and paint the floor and knee walls

  • Host Hometown for the Holidays event on November 29


October 2025:

  • Connect the new furnaces to the existing ductwork

  • Restore original internal north room windows

  • Grant writing and fundraising

  • Plan winter events

  • Enlist a Volunteer Coordinator

  • Establish subcommittees (Construction, Events, Decorating, Fundraising, Media)


September 2025:

  • Successful Open House on September 14!

  • Expose original wainscotting


August 2025:

  • Attended the Comber Fair!

  • Removal of chimney

  • Refinish wood around front entry

  • Design basement ramps


July 2025:

  • Bell tower windows closed up

  • East, West and North windows repaired and sealed


June 2025:

  • Hardwood flooring purchased for the sanctuary

  • Flower beds were renewed and planted

  • Landscaping behind building has been refreshed

  • Exterior restoration ongoing

  • Basement lighting installed


May 2025:

  • Ductwork cleaned

  • New electrical panel installed

  • New furnace installed

  • New sump pump installed

  • Connected to hydro

  • Professional mold remediation


April 2025:

  • The front door's broken glass was repaired and secured

  • Flooring has been repaired or replaced where needed 

  • Unsecured plaster was repaired and necessary drywall was removed

  • The entire building’s main floor and basement were cleaned

  • Side entrance roofs were replaced


November 2024:

Initial Assessment - Complete

  • Basement pumped and cleaned

  • Front window reinstalled

  • Initial main floor and orchestra cleaning
